Bree can't have anything that was made with or has come in contact with wheat, barley, or rye and any oats need to explicitly say gluten free.
Most grocery stores have a GF section these days where you can get GF pasta, bread, flour, crackers, beer, etc.
Butter, cheese, milk, cream and yogurt. Some things that are "lactose free" still have "casein" which also bothers her tummy, so check those packages!
Earth Balance, coconut, soy, or almond based milks/cheeses/yogurts are good alternatives.
No decaf either, something about it hurts her tummy. Tea, herba mate, and kombucha are OK!
This includes apple cider vinegar which you can sub with rice vinegar.
There aren't really substitues for these fruits, she just has to avoid them.
We aren't actually sure if she can eat them or not but their dander definitely affects her (and Zac too).
Look for "free and clear" alternatives or she won't be able to sleep!
